Worqhome: Worker Housing Marketplace

Worqhome · PropTech / Booking Marketplace

One place for staffing companies to find and book housing for their crews across Poland.

Construction, logistics and technical firms were finding beds for their workers through phone calls and informal contacts. We built Worqhome, a marketplace that lets them compare rooms, prices and availability city by city and book directly with landlords.

The challenge

No central place to find short or long term worker accommodation

Companies could not compare price, quality or availability across cities

Landlords with spare beds had no reliable way to reach crew managers

What we built

City wide listings from a single room to a whole house, bookable for a few nights or several months

Direct contact between companies and landlords with no platform fees

Plus, Pro and Max verification tiers so managers can judge quality before they book

Tech stack

Next.js, React, Booking marketplace

Impact

1,150+ beds listed across Polish cities. 10+ cities covered. Direct landlord to company booking with zero platform fees.
