Buyers and renters in Guatemala were piecing together scattered listings from brokers nobody could vouch for. We designed and built Mappi end to end as one production platform: natural language search, a verification pipeline for agencies and a public trust score on every listing.

The challenge

Listings were spread across classifieds, social posts and agency sites with no single source of truth
